Cities Covered :
Currently we do deliveries across Mumbai city only. For deliveries outside Mumbai City, we would be happy to be send long distances. Please mail us at [email protected] We will guide you for the same.
How much do we Charge for Deliveries ?
For all orders, we levy a flat delivery charges of Rs. 50/-* (*for deliveries across Mumbai City only)
For orders over 30kg in weight, extra delivery charges would be applied on all orders. We would intimate you for the same via mail or by calling you on your given contact no.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will normally be delivered within 2-3 days. Delivery will be made between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
We would inform the customer in advance about the time frame in which the order would be delivered.
What if I'm Not at Home ?
To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day we deliver your order, as we would be informing you about the delivery date and time well in advance.
When no one is available to accept your delivery on a informed delivery date and time, we would call you or leave a card letting you know that we tried to deliver your order. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day with extra delivery charges of Rs. 50/-.
Return Policy -
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and be amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. 14-Day Guarantee
If you decide you don't want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived (provided they are not opened, not used, should have the original tag and should be in the same condition when you had received it) and we will issue you a credit note for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty). Please note that some products are not eligible for returns like fresh produce (fruits and vegetables), hygenic products, etc. We would not accept any returns for fresh fruits andd vegetables once delivered.
Damaged Products / Faulty Items
While we always try to deliver your products in a very perfect condition but if you do receive any products that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. If the item can not be replaced we will issue you a credit note. Please intimate us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns Conditions
We would authorize any goods prior to their return for exchange.
A copy of invoice and an explanation for returns must be included with all returns
Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days from the time of return request.
